Tennis-Studies

Sport-study program at the Odyssey Tennis Academy — Academics + high-performance training + full board

A comprehensive program

At the Odyssey Tennis Academy, we consider academics to be as important as tennis. Beyond that, we believe that a player's academic success is a key factor in their growth and progress on court.

Our tennis-studies program combines intensive training of 3 to 4 hours per day, an adapted academic curriculum (French or American) and full board with accommodation.

The 4 pillars of the program

Our philosophy

1. Reaching the highest level

We believe that academic success enhances the chances of reaching the highest level in tennis. The values and qualities a player develops to perform academically — work ethic, focus, organization, independence, problem-solving — are the same ones they need to be effective on court.

2. Preparing for the future

We do everything we can to keep all options open for athletes and their families: staying eligible with the NCAA and heading to the US on a college scholarship, pursuing university studies in France, or earning a quality diploma that opens doors to the professional world.

3. Developing the whole person

We are not only focused on developing the tennis player, but also the individual. Our goal is to develop athletes who are also responsible, respectful citizens, capable of navigating the complexities of today's world.

Academics

Our boarders study between 4 and 6 hours per day, 6 days a week. Two curriculum tracks are available.
